Abstract : Concentrated study in this research in two main Isagbhma boot and ring Itohma said the most important results in this study.
The boot was interested in a statement the concept of dialogue in the language it means a review of speech and logic of address, then he mentioned the concept in the literature, its importance and conditions.
Through these concepts arrived first modified search is the concept of dialogue in the Koran and its importance and its themes, and a statement by the negotiating parties with reference to the verses that the figures contained therein.
