Been using survey method Survey method to analyze the number of questionnaires (33) Single representing a sample of the study, in order to explore their views on the effectiveness of outcomes study plan developed for increased efficiencies and the skills needed to Saudi labor market, and to achieve that is designed questionnaire first that have been distributed using random sample intentionality to the students in the various people over the four semesters of 1429-1431 e. The researcher adopted in the design of the questionnaire on the vertical study Dilimi and for the year 2008. This is in addition to the use of the method of personal interview between five students of the study population, where determining the negatives of the application developed plan. As has been designing and distributing the questionnaire a second faculty members and employees of the department in two parts by e-mail and to make sure that the results of the first study, were obtained eighteen questionnaire form the second sample for the study. Use statistical approach based on the use of degrees of approval and ranks in style questions in addition to Chi-square and averages. One of the main findings of its study, the students graduate, Department of Information Science prefer having tracks in the undergraduate program and through the allocation of students in the last year, that 61% of the study sample - the highest percentage - believe they had obtained to some extent on all theoretical aspects of rehabilitation that can perform the work required in the Saudi labor market, and this result shows that female graduates is unsure that the plan provides them with all aspects of rehabilitation that enables it to perform the work required. The disparity Answers female graduates between the lack of training programs theory and the lack of training programs computing has reached a maximum for the "use of the Internet in the technical services" followed by "designing web pages and maintenance" and "Search the Web / search strategies / Digital Library default "and" multimedia ". The presence of varying proportions of the study sample did not recognize the extent of access to adequate training theoretical or computational competencies required the Saudi labor market ranged most "flexible" and "creative thinking". That there are some skills that are not available with theoretical training representing most in communication and coping and negotiation and change management and portability learning and problem solving, administration and leadership and management work pressures. Said members of the faculty and staff of section showing neutral to the study plan developed are compatible with the needs of the labor market Saudi Arabia, and that the students have received professional competencies required in the field of information management institutions, and sources of information management, and management information services, and the application of information and technology tools, confirming the result reached by the researcher in the first phase of this study. |
