Abstract : Research aims to: 1 - Defining the differences in Stitching Joints quality executed on jeans fabrics lightweight, medium, and heavy. 2 - Defining the suitability of Stitching Joints for each of the fabrics lightweight jeans, medium, and heavy. 3 - Study the effect of the physical properties of jeans fabrics on Stitching Joints used in children's clothing. The research adopted the experimental methodology, The research sample comprises a group of jeans fabrics which different in weights and its effect on the stitching joints for children wear (gathering - pleats – facing pleats - zip - Corner - sewing curves). The research instrument was a form for evaluating the carried out samples, to answer the research questions. The research results revealed the differences in the stitching joints quality, in relation to the fabrics. Also the study showed the best stitching joints for each fabric weights . The researchers recommended that further similar studies to this study and work on the derivation of variables different weights and fabrics study, the affected of sewing methods and techniques used.
