: the study included the following factors: introduction and includes: the importance of the since jurisprudence and related rules and control and the impact of this science in on the jurisprudence then the reasons for choosing the subject and research methodology that followed. And then introduction of the translation of author and has six chapters that explained his name, his decedent, his birth, his early life his doctrine of jurisprudence, his teachers and his discipline. Then mentioned his effects, scientific status praise of scholars, the year of his death and place of his birth. And in the chapter six discuss the book of ALmubdi and the method that Ibn Mufleh followed in this book.
As for the first chapter, I discussed definition of jurisprudence rule and the difference between them and what like them. It includes six chapters: is the definition of jurisprudence bases, the difference between them, then definition of jurisprudence rule, and it is importance. The chapter four I explained the extent of rule of jurisprudence and then a historical overview of the establishment of the science of rules and discipline. The second chapter the I mention the five major rules of jurisprudence and what includes, then the rules that didn't fall under it. It mentioned in the book of ALmubdi, it has seven chapters it included fifty-six rule. Chapter three: has rule of jurisprudence and includes two chapters, the first: jurisprudence disciplines of the book of Althara it included twenty principles and then second chapter: the jurisprudence rules of the book of prayer, included twenty-four rules |
