Abstract : This study presents a frame of the different morphological form in the Qur'anic readings between Pronunciation and Semantics and Grammarian Guidance in order to identify what Quranic readings contained of difference in term of difference in the form of the Arabic word, depending on the morphological guidance as a basis for the difference and the consequent difference in connotation as part of context and position. The importance of this study is highlighted by identifying the meanings behind the difference in the morphological form in the Qur'anic readings and its impact on the meaning of a single word and the connotation form, while studying the guidance of the grammarians and linguists mentioned in this respect. The study focused on main aspects: The structure, connotation, presence or absence of impact. The study divided into chapters and sections on the basis of these aspects. The study applied the descriptive approach and use of the incomplete extrapolation in tracing the morphological forms contained in the Qur'anic readings. The study contained an introduction, three chapters and conclusion. The introduction shows the importance of the study, research problem, hypotheses, objectives, methodology, and literature review, the subject of the study and place and time limits, and the general structure of the study. The preface shows relation of reading science with morphology science, and connotation and its concept. Chapter I: Readings form difference between word parts, and it included: Difference of noun form and its change to verb form, then the difference of verb form and its change to noun form. Chapter II: included readings difference of noun form, and it's relation with nouns form, and it's relation with the connotation, and it contained three sections: Section I: Readings that have impact on single and compound connotation, Section II: Readings that have impact on single connotation only without compound connotation, Section III: Reading that have no impact on both single or compound connotation. Chapter III: Readings form difference of the verb, and it's relation with the connotation, and it included three sections: Section I: Readings that have impact on both single and compound connotation, Section II: Readings that have impact on single connotation only without compound connotation, Section III: Reading that have no impact on both single and compound connotation. The study concluded the following most important findings and recommendations: Transmission of the reading in word form from verb to noun is the most common occurrence In the readings, but opposite to that, each word has a distinguish origin and form; therefore, the difference in the origins has an impact on its connotation, whether connotation becomes converge or diverge depending on what is intended of its syntax form. What was mentioned of readings in the facilitation of "Al Hamza" or emphasis and the state of elision, and immobilizing the vowel, and then entering "Kasra" into the present verb "Modare", has no impact on the connotation, which was commonly stated in Arabs languages, because it represents a pronunciation of the word. The study of the morphological form and its relation with the connotation in the readings is a wide precise field, and an unlimited source for the scholars; and it shows the miracle of Quran
