Abstract : This research studies the phenomenon of neglecting the original rules through an applied grammatical study of Almufadhalyat by Almufadhal ALdhabbi. The study shows the importance of Almufadhalyat, as a suitable source for linguistic studies that contains a huge amount of poetic verses considered as grammatical evidences. These grammatical evidences are consistent within its context. The study begins, after the introduction, with a preface that includes definitions of (original rule), (neglecting the original rules), (Almufadhalyat, its important poets, and its explanations). The study is divided then into chapters and subchapters according to these issues nature. The study discusses the issues of neglecting the original rule of order (moving forward or backward) in the non-action and action sentences, the issues of neglecting the original rule of mentioning (omitting) in nouns, verbs and prepositions, and the issues of neglecting the original rule in syntax. Finally, an evaluating study of the phenomenon of neglecting the original rule in Almufadhalyat.
