Abstract |

This book is an explanation to the book entitled, " Altajreed Alsareeh for
Aljame Alsahih in which Imam Alsharqawi pointed out the meaning of Hadith
and its odd and explained the jurisprudence queries induced from Hafith sayings
as well as mentioning the different views within the jurisprudence doctrines and
to deduce their benefits.
The part of my own includes seven books: Funerals, Zakat, Fitr alms, Hajj,
Umrah, Maksar and hunting penalty.
The nature of archiving made me divide the research into an introduction, two
parts, each part includes several chapters, studies, queries, a conclusion and
indexes.
Introduction: includes The importance of the topic, the reasons behind
selecting it, the research plan and approach.
Part one: a concise study about the original book, its explanation and their
authors including two chapters:
chapter one: Imam Alzubeidi and his book " Altajreed Alsareeh for Aljame
Alsahih"
Chapter two: Imam Alsharqawi and his explanation to " Fath Almobdi by
explaining Mukhtasar Alzubeidi
Part two: the achieved texts from the beginning of the funerals book to the
end of the book of hunting penalty in terms of the rules and laws of archiving
applied in faculties and the number of pages are (108)
The main results:
1- Sheikh Alsharqawi benefited too much from the book, " Ershad Alsari by
Qastalani and quoted from him about (233) excerpts
2- Fath Albari is regarded one of the most important Hadith explanations that
focused on comparative jurisprudence as the reports of the scholars of the
jurisprudence doctrines in terms of the jurisprudence queries mentioned in
the Hadith sayings.
3- Sheikh Alsharqawi explanation is regarded as composing a lot of the
scattered explanations in Albukhari Hadith book.
4- He is interested in adjusting the Hadith diction and showed the differences
between the reports and the differences between Albukhari's manuscripts. |
