Abstract : The research contains a representation of the most important stages in which the right of women is presented in the family affairs section. This study concerns in the stages of a woman’s rights as an applied and comparative study of jurisprudence. It is beginning with a preface in which the concept of the truth was mentioned: its concept, its pillars, its creation and its sections followed by the summary of the status of women in the previous civilizations and in Islam. After that, the research was divided into two sections: the first section deals with the rights of women in the part of marriage and its belongings. This first section contains two studies: First, the rights of women that presented in a marriage. Second, the rights of women that presented in a marriage belongings. The second section contains the rights of women in divorce and its belongings which contain two studies: First, the rights of women that presented in divorce. Second, the rights of women that presented in divorce belongings. It concluded with a report of the most prominent citizen in which the right of women was advanced in all denominations. In this regard, the study pointed to the importance of this study as a reference for religious institutions that deal with issues of Muslim women around the world. In addition, it opens new horizons for researchers in the field of women's issues, especially contemporary ones including by clarifying what Islam has distinguished from men, in that he has pushed many suspicions about this.
