Abstract |
: |
This research examines the study of the Islamic jurisprudential rules and regulations from the chapter of purification to the end of the chapter of the conditions of prayer from Al- Rahibani’s book Mataalib uli al-Nuha. This will be conducted through compiling and then studying them by defining both of them, citing the main evidences for both of them, listing a number of their branches, and listing exceptions if there are any.
The importance of this research lies in the following:
First, the importance of studying Islamic jurisprudential rules in general. This can be achieved through reinforcing the Islamic knowledge seeker’s ability to understand and analyze the Islamic jurisprudence and educe new rulings; and organizing the scattered branches under a major rule, with readiness of giving a ruling on many of Islamic jurisprudential issues listed under it.
Second, the abundance of the Islamic jurisprudential rules and regulations in Mataalib uli al-Nuha; however, they have not been compiled and studied separately.
Third, the importance of Al- Rahibani’s book Mataalib uli al-Nuha, as it is one of the important edited books in the Hanbali School of Islamic law.
This research consists of introduction, preface, five chapters, conclusion and indexes.
The introduction includes the significance of the research topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, the research methodology and its structure. The preface includes Al- Rahibani’s biography, the author of Mataalib uli al-Nuha. The first chapter includes the origins of the Islamic jurisprudential rules, defining them and clarifying the difference between them and what looks like them. The second chapter includes a study of the major Islamic jurisprudential rules and the rules that lie under them, through defining their strange terms, giving the general meaning, citing their main evidences and some of their Islamic jurisprudential applications, with listing exceptions if found. The third chapter includes a study of the minor Islamic jurisprudential rules, which have been agreed upon (by the four schools of Islamic law.) The fourth chapter includes a study of the rules that the four schools of Islamic law differed. The fifth chapter includes the Islamic jurisprudential regulations. All of these chapters follow the study of the major rules. The conclusion includes the main findings of the research. Then the usual indexes. |
