This thesis entitled: “Critical Study for the Book named
TANQEEH AL-USOOL (Reviewing the Fundamentals), for ABDULLAH
BIN MOHAMMED AL- HUSSAYNIAL-NAYSABORI, D: 776, from the
Second Chapter of the Holy Quran Topics to the End of the Third
Pillar which is Consensus”, this book has been reviewed based on
four Manuscript copies.
This thesis has been divided into two sections; the study section
handles the biography of the main author and the explainer as well
as bringing out the explainer’s methodology, his sources and the
description of the manuscript copies. The second section is the
reviewing section which handles reviewing the text of book. This
part of the book included number of chapters, topics and important
fundamental issues such as the topics of enjoining and preventing
as the indication of the absolute, enjoining after ban, improving and
reproaching, ordering with what is impossible and the type of
ability including possible and easy as well as informing disbelievers
with Sharia and the disagreement regarding enjoining and
prevention.
The research handles the topic of Sunnah in nine chapters
including the connection of Hadith, conditions of narrator, break of
hadith, place of Hadith, prophet’s acts, revelation, Sharia of
previous nations and imitating companions.
Demonstration chapter includes its types including change,
modification, interpretation and agreement as well as issues of
exception and abrogation.
The sections of consensus includes the pillar of consensus,
competency of people of consensus, its condition, ruling and its
chain of narrators.
The explanation depended on clarification of the book and
restricted to what the author explained without referring to the
fundamental disagreement. The explanation focused on the
jurisprudential branches resulting from the fundamental
disagreement as well as the simplicity and obviousness of phrases. |
