All praise is due to Allah, and Allah's Peace and Blessings be upon His Final Messenger, his pure family, his noble Companions, and all those who follow him
The dissertation title is the Approach of the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah in treating sin and demonstrating the rights of sinners as the nature of the topic (theme) required its division into an introduction, preface, four chapters, conclusion and appendixes.
Introduction addressed the importance of the topic (theme), the reasons for choosing it, the research plan, and methodology.
In the preface, I presented the concept of sin and ranks of people in it, their worldly and otherworldly judgments, demonstration of its harms, addressed the judgment of sin and the emergence of a dispute by different people around it, ranks of sin and its people, then the judgments of sinners in this world and the hereafter.
The first chapter, I discussed the concept of rights and its observance in the Qur'an and Sunnah taking into account the law of the rights and ranks of legitimate rights and the statement of the demonstration of sinners to Allah and among Muslims. The impact of the presence of sin on the rights of the sinners as well.
In the second chapter, I highlighted the treatment by the Holy Quran to the rights of sinners with a warning of the danger of sin, illustrating its style in the elimination and reduction of it. I have found it is important to clarify the judgment of Muslims satisfaction with sin and punishment in this world and hereafter. I also touched upon the approach of the Qur'an in treatment of human sin, and its view of the sinners and style in dealing with them, highlighting its call to repentance and seek forgiveness, and in order not to despair sinners to Allah's mercy, I have shown how to change the evil deeds into good deeds. As well, I have touched on the models of the guidance of the Holy Quran in dealing with sin and the illustration of the sinner rights and guide advocates the rights of sinner in the texts of the Quran and landmarks of Quranic approach to prove the sinner's rights.
In the third chapter, I have focused on revealed mercy represented in the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his approach in dealing with sinners by showing his prophetic approach in dealing with sinners and his mercy to them. I have reported applied models to the mercy of the Prophet. Also, I touched upon educational attractions covered in the biography of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him in his dealings with the sinners and scientific lessons for advocates of callers from prophetic biography and bright aspects in the life of the Prophet upon him blessings and peace, then reported the treatment of the Caliphs of the nation sinners and their approach in the treatment of the sinner and concluded the chapter with rights of the sinner in the life of noble Companions God bless them.
In the fourth chapter, I talked about the sinner rights contained in the vocabulary of the Quran and Sunnah, which dealt in detail the rights that are before the execution of the sentence and the rights that are during the execution of the sentence and the rights that are after the execution of the sentence.
The topic (theme) as whole discusses sin and its effect on the sinner in this world and the Hereafter, and to clarify the rights of sinners that overlooked a lot of the Muslims of having abused the stick, which alienated many of them through repentance and return to Allah.
The research was concluded with a conclusion where I wrote down the most important conclusions. |
